Mike Aranda
REALTOR®
As a San Mateo native, Mike Aranda’s connection to the mid-Peninsula runs deep. “Being able to sell the houses that I used to ride my bike past and dream about as a kid is a full-circle experience for me,” he shares. For Mike, real estate isn’t about transactions—it’s about helping people create the lifestyle they’ve always envisioned. Whether it’s finding the perfect school district, a shorter commute, a breathtaking view, or being close to loved ones, he believes that home is where life happens.
Since 2012, Mike has helped more than 150 families buy and sell homes across the Bay Area. His approach is simple: no pressure, ever. “I’m not here to convince anyone to make a move. I’m here to share my knowledge, experience, and honest opinion so clients can make the decision that feels right for them.” Clients often describe him as patient, responsive, resourceful, and a steady presence through what can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster process.
Quick communication is one of his hallmarks. “Even if I don’t have the answer right away, I make it a point to get back to clients quickly so they know they’re heard and that I’m on it,” he says. It’s this commitment to service that makes him stand out, and why people are drawn to the family-first culture of Guide Real Estate CA, where Mike is part of his wife Tori’s family business. Founded in 1976 by her grandfather, the brokerage continues to thrive with the same values of integrity and care at its core.
Real estate is truly a family affair for Mike. Married to Tori since 2017, he often has their three kids tagging along at open houses or appearing in his property highlight videos. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find him cycling, riding dirt bikes, or rolling on the mat at Jiu Jitsu.
At the heart of it all, Mike’s goal is simple: to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their next move. For him, it’s never just about closing deals—it’s about guiding people home.
